Join Mark & Deepika for four transformative weeks of practice, study, and integration in Bali.
This immersive 100-hour program is designed for dedicated practitioners and teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of the Ashtanga system, refine their technique, and explore complementary approaches to movement, anatomy, philosophy, and restorative practices.
Each week combines the traditional Mysore-style practice with afternoon workshops and a focused study module taught by expert faculty. You can attend one, two, three, or commit to the full program to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Week 1 (Jul 26 – Aug 1)
Anatomy & Biomechanics
Faculty: Martina Cova - Functional anatomy, movement science, and intelligent sequencing.
Week 2 (Aug 2 – 8)
Yoga Philosophy
Faculty: Vikram Jeet Singh - The roots of yoga, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and the evolution of practice.
Week 3 (Aug 9 – 15)
Adjustments & Assists
Faculty: Mark Robberds & Deepika Mehta - Tactile cueing, energetic connection, and intelligent hands-on techniques.
Week 4 (Aug 16 – 22)
Restorative & Recovery
Faculty: Chiara Cova - Nervous system regulation, breathwork, and restorative postures.
A total of 96 hours of training + 4 hours reflection

Certification
Students who complete the full 4-week program (100 hours) will receive a Certificate of Completion signed by Mark & Deepika. This course is not affiliated with Yoga Alliance, allowing us to maintain independence, depth, and integrity in our teaching approach.
